PAM Centre – Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia Headquarters

The PAM Centre, established in 2016, serves as the headquarters for the Malaysian Institute of Architects (Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia, or PAM). Located at 99L Jalan Tandok in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, this 10-storey facility is a testament to contemporary architectural innovation and sustainability.

Architectural Design

Designed by HMA & Associates, led by architect Mohd Heikal bin Hasan, the PAM Centre was conceived to reflect the architectural profession's aspirations. The building's design emphasizes the concept of 'the space between,' integrating urban complexities, sustainability, and a sense of 'soul' in architecture. The structure features a striking black aluminum façade, concrete slabs, exposed steel staircases, and integrated green spaces, creating a harmonious blend of form and function. ​
